1. Service Description

Voxit is a desktop application for macOS that provides voice-first AI interaction. It connects to third-party AI services using API keys you provide.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You provide and pay for your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
• You are responsible for all costs incurred through your API keys
• You agree not to use Voxit for illegal activities or to harm others
• You are responsible for any actions Voxit takes on your behalf (messages sent, commands executed, etc.)

3. Subscription and Billing

• Free tier: Available at no cost with usage limits
• Pro ($19/month) and Team ($49/month): Billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• API costs from third-party providers are separate and not included in subscription price

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, email support@voxit.ai within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

5. System Access

Voxit's System Control feature can take actions on your computer (open apps, send messages, control music, etc.). You control the safety level in Settings:

• Confirm Dangerous (default): Asks before risky actions
• Full Auto: Executes all actions immediately
• Allowlist: Only pre-approved action categories

You are responsible for configuring the appropriate safety level for your use case.

6. Limitations

• Voxit requires macOS 13 or later
• Internet connection required for AI features
• We do not guarantee uptime or availability of third-party AI services
• AI responses may be inaccurate. Verify important information independently.

7. Intellectual Property

Voxit is proprietary software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the application.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voxit is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to: data loss, unintended messages sent, commands executed, or API costs incurred.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
